I am Egyptian and I am proud of being Egyptian. I think the following video sums up what I think about the Egyptian revolution. It is a revolution that has helped us regain our dignity and self-respect.
A Canadian friend of mine, Mr. Edward Noel, sent an email to me and said: “Life is full of dangers, but when we face those dangers they don’t seem too big to overcome. The people of Egypt have faced their danger and have been victorious. Now we hope that the long term outcome is what the people deserve.”
Now the ex-president has gone away and the Egyptians are working hard, hand-in-hand to rebuild their own country. I hope all our dreams will come true one day when our beloved country “Egypt” becomes prosperous.
